The industry standard when a sportsbook is unable to honor its advertised payout methods and a player has to switch payout methods as a result is for the book to pickup fees associated w/ replacement method and/or charge equal fees. That's how every good sportsbook, including the one BigDaddy likes to throw peanuts at, does it.

they did the same thing to me, fee was supposed to be $45 and it ended up being $82 to take a payout
