Payout problems with pinnacle

Hello

I invested 2 times 7.500 € and made some profit and with draw it in smaller amounts via bank.

Now last month I made another € 2000 and sent another € 7.500 to Pinnacle and wanted to withdraw € 3.000

They declined this and I got this email:

Dear Client,Please be informed that your account is currently under review.We will notify you once you may resubmit your withdrawal once again.Kind regards, Customer Service DepartmentPinnacle SportsThen I wrote back and asked them how long can this last and they answered:
Dear Client,We regret, we can not provide a specific time frame for the review.Kind regards, Customer Service DepartmentPinnacle SportsI need to withdrwa some money urgendlyWhat should I do ?

Just withrawed 9k from Pinnacle without any trouble..paid in 1 minute 32 seconds. They never close accounts. They always pay quick.

Off topic but can anyone say to me is Pinnacle update own soccer rules?If soccer match is interrupted and abandoned in second half, than bet is void?Last year I think i have paid for same thing...For tennis match one set is enough for match winner bet,but for soccer need 90min???....hmmm
