How's Legends these days? Gone downhill?

I'm thinking of redepositing with legends after not playing with them for a year, but I sent them a pretty basic email and the reply I got was not up to their previous standards and contained either false or severely misunderstood statements.

The CS used to be one of the big pluses about Legends. Has the book gone downhill or is it still solid? All comments on Legends welcome.

Yes deposit are getting harder via ewallet , but they are still very safe bookie.

Good out... customer service not quite what it was but that may have more to do with all heavy automation all established services are starting to focus on... with all the smart devices available this is just a minor adjustment in the standard operating business model. More automation, higher player volume with immediate smart device access to wagering and in game live wagering means less warm bodies needed to staff customer service and wagering departments... does mean that they will need top notch IT staff/department though. Legends is known for paying, which is important.
