I believe for the things i've heard Mourinho say about Leon, he really likes him, Mourinho has a special way with players. For what i know of Mourinho, i believe this is what's happening: Mourinho really likes Leon, but Leon is probably a lazy player, he has a lot of potencial, but doesn't work much, he probably thinks he's already a star or on its easy way to, and Mourinho will only let him play regularly when he's able to make Leon a working hard player, because that's when Mourinho will be sure that Leon is on the right track to reach his full potencial. I believe Mourinho thinks that if he puts Leon playing a lot now, he'll be lost soon like it happens to a lot of talented players who don't work hard because they think they're too good.

About Gago, 5 years is about time to kick him back to Argentina
