Yeah I won on Benfica on the spread the other day, but even that was a close call at 2-0 when they were given at -1.5/-2.

#668PLAY #134: [EGYPT PREMIER] SMOUHA +1/+1.5 [+100]
Going with the upstarts again today even against a top four squad in Ismaily. Smouha have seen a rebirth with a managerial switch with a road win and a stout 1-1 draw at home last time out against the defending Egpytian champs, Al Ahly. Ismaily have won three straight after a two game losing streak. At home, they are unbeaten in six matches with two of those offering wins by two goals or better. Smouha, while being newcomers to the top league this season, have been very competitive. In twelve matches this season, only once have they lost by more than one goal. In five road matches, they own a 1-3-1 mark with the three losses by one goal. Ismaily comes in off a rather unimpressive win over Wadi Degla who is just two points ahead of Smouha. Ismaily needed an 81st minute goal to snag a 1-0 home win in that one. Smouha has shown well with an unbeaten streak at four matches now and even against one of the better teams in Egypt, I think they can keep this within a single goal and certainly based on recent form, a draw would not be a total shock.Comment -

#673PLAY #135: [ENGLAND FA CUP] LUTON TOWN-CHARLTON ATHLETIC OVER 2.5 [-123]
Luton Town has had few issues scoring goals in the FA Cup competition with eleven goals in four matches, including two in the 2-2 final between these two clubs last time out. At home, Luton Town have been deadly. Since their domestic campaign began, Luton Town has tallied 34 goals in all competitions at home in twelve matches. In their last five, they have scored three or more in all five. Charlton have scored in six straight matches in all competitions and have only been shut out twice in 13 road matches.Comment -

#677PLAY #135: [ARGENTINA PRIMERA] NEWELLS OLD BOYS-OLIMPO UNDER 2.5/2 [-119]
Olimpo does have poor defense on the road, so it's a little risky, yet the numbers look good for at least a half stakes win. Newells has recorded five clean sheets in nine home matches and has only scored more than one goal at home in two matches. Olimpo has been kept off the scoresheet five times in nine road matches. They have only scored more than one goal on the road in one match. If their defense can hold up, this shapes up to be a 1-0, 2-0 type match I believe. With Newells having played 13 matches in Argentina this season, twelve have finished at two goals or less. I'll take my shot.Comment -

#678PLAY #136: [CHILE LIGUILLA] UNION ESPANOLA PK [-103]
Good clash here between Union Espanola & Universidad de Chile in the "Liguilla" which sorts out the final two qualifiers from Chile for the Copa Libertadores. This is the 1st leg of a home & home which will see the two sides meet again on December 12th. They met once in the regular season with Union stunning UDC with two late goals to win 2-1 at home. I think it's hugely important for Union to get an edge today if they are to advance to the Copa competition as they were a very poor road side during the regular season, losing seven of their last nine. At home though, they have not lost in nine straight with seven of those being wins. UDC was solid on the road with ten wins in the regular season, but they did lose three of their last five road tilts - including the loss to Union in October. Union is likely to change managers after their disappointing 5th place finish, so this is his final chances to shine. The chance to make the Copa Libertadores competition for only the 2nd time should be a big incentive as well. I think UDC would be happy with a draw to take into the 2nd leg knowing they have a big advantage at home, so I think perhaps the worst result would be a draw and refund.Comment -

#681PLAY #137: [SAUDI ARABIA PREMIER] AL HAZM-AL AHLI OVER 2.5/3 [-117]
Eight of Al Hazm's twelve Premier League matches have featured at least three goals this season. At home, three straight have hit that total or better with four goals scored and ten conceded in that span. Overall, five straight matches have hit this total or better for Al Hazm. Al Ahli has seen all six road matches this season hit three goals or more. They have scored and conceded in each road match with multiple goals given up in five of six, scoring multiple goals in four of those. These are the two worst defenses in Saudi Arabia. Ahli ranks 2nd in road goals scored. Hazm is 2nd in most goals conceded at home. Let's light up the scoreboard.Comment -

#682PLAY #138: [GERMANY BUNDESLIGA] HANNOVER-STUTTGART OVER 2.5/3 [-111]
Stuttgart = goals. They rank 4th in goals scored, tied for 4th in goals conceded. 17 road goals conceded in seven matches while scoring nine. Hannover is tied for 3rd with 16 home goals scored. Six of eight home matches have seen them hit for two goals or better. Only one clean sheet. Stuttgart has given up at least two goals in every road match and have only failed to score twice.Comment -

#687PLAY #139: [SCOTLAND PREMIER] INVERNESS-RANGERS OVER 2.5 [-109]
Rangers get a chance to gain some revenge for a 1-1 draw at home against this same squad at the end of October. Rangers have been a goal magnet on the road all season with all seven of their Scottish Premier League road matches hitting for three goals or more. Rangers have nailed the opposition for 19 goals in those matches with multiple goals being scored by them in all seven. In five of those, they have tallied three goals. They have conceded in each of their road matches. Inverness have scored in five straight at home after being held scoreless in their first two. They have conceded in six of seven at home. Their last five overall have all hit for at least three goals. With Rangers having a chance to put some distance between themselves and Celtic atop the table, I look for them to come and play another strong road match which should result in some goals on the scoreboard.Comment -

PLAY #140: [ENGLAND PREMIER] BOLTON-BLACKBURN OVER 2.5 [-104]
Bolton have been a solid scoring bunch at home with multiple goals in six of eight this season. They have conceded in all but one home match and that was their first, so it's seven straight giving up at least one goal. Blackburn have had a miserable time on the road with eleven goals yielded in their last two away from home. For the season, the Rovers have conceded in all eight league away games, but have also scored in all but one.Comment -
