Chievo has played four matches at home this season, scoring and conceding in each match. 3 of the 4 made it to 3 goals. Milan could finally be righting their ship after last week's wins over Roma in Serie A and a thrilling upset of Real Madrid in the Champions League. In those two matches, Milan banged home 5 goals. In four road matches, Milan has kept just one clean sheet, but have also been held scoreless twice. Chievo has scored in 4 of their last 5 and being at home, should be able to crack Milan for a goal. I also like Milan to hit the scoresheet as their form improves. Looking for Milan to bang home multiple goals to get a win here, but think at worst this would be a 1-1 type of match where a half stakes loss might be what settles in.

Just for kicks & stat crunching .... Okayama has scored 6 goals in 4 matches in the Satellite J League, all 6 coming in their last 3 matches. Oita has been crushing it on offense with 19 goals in 5 matches, including a 6-1 demolishment of Okayama when they met back in September. Oita hasn't scored less than 2 goals in this competition and gave up 4 goals in their last match. Okayama has tallied at least one goal since being kept off the scoresheet in their first match. This is a showcase and Oita has done just that in their matches. This one seems likely to hit for at least 3 if the other matches are any indication. Don't go overboard here because this is a guesstimate, but for some early morning action ... I'm hitting the over. Starts in 5 minutes.

Madrid comes into this with their tail between their lags after blowing a Champions League clash to A.C. Milan (3-2) and then playing a lackluster 0-0 away draw to Sporting Gijon over the weekend. Madrid is expected to field a first team squad today as their manager tries to get his team to gel. Alcorcon has scored in 6 straight matches at home, including their 2-0 win in their Copa opener. They won 2-1 away in their last Copa match. They have conceded two goals in each of their last home games in Segunda B action in Spain. Madrid normally shrugs off this competition, but now apparently could use a confidence boost with a big performance. They have played five away matches since Spain's top league began and have 8 goals, while conceding 4 with 3 clean sheets. This is their first Copa match since last year when they lost an embarassing two legs to Real Union 3-2 & 4-3. It may be foolish to trust them to get their act together to score enough here, but with a shaky defense and still the weaponry in theory to score goals - this one should have at least 3 for the push in some way, shape or form.

The first meeting at America de Natal ended with Bragantino clubbing America, 4-1. Bragantino did get a pair of own goals in that one, so the final is a little misleading - still without those mistakes, the total still hit 3. Recently, Bragantino is on a solid run of offense with 10 goals in their last 5. At home, they have hit for multiple goals in 5 of their last 7. America has tallied 14 goals in their last 5 and just as important for the OVER cause, have conceded 10 in that same span. On the road, they have given up multiple goals in 5 of 7 and have scored 4 goals in their last two on the road after being shut out in 3 successive road matches. 4 straight matches for Bragantino have hit for at least 3 & six straight for America, so with that form - this one should see goals, especially if America gets on the scoresheet as their away goal scoring form is really the only question mark with Bragantino capable of getting all 3 to get some sort of win on this one.Comment -

Play #173: [Austria Bundesliga] Lask LINZ vs. Red Bull Salzburg OVER 3/3.5 (+100)
Another play on the LINZ OVER for me. Their last match was the first one in league play that failed to get to 4 goals as they lost 3-0 to Austria Wien. At home, I'm looking for them to bounce back as LINZ is averaging 3.5 goals on their own through 6 matches. They have tallied 3 goals or better in 5 of those 6 matches and have kept two clean sheets. Salzburg was blanked for the first time on the road in their last match vs. defensive minded Austria Wien. Otherwise, they have hit for 8 road goals in their last 4. Salzburg has been a little stale offensively in their last two Bundesliga matches with just one goal. This however is a different story as these two combined for 5 goals in their August meeting at Salzburg. I look for LINZ to score multiple goals as they are tied for a league best 21 home goals. If Salzburg gets on the board, then 3 goals appears to be a worst case scenario with 4 still a very likely possibility with this set-up.
