Just to give you a few informations here:
Sao Paulo sacked the coach. The new coach is losing, too. They are fighting against relegation in the league. They have a lot of other problems than caring for the Audi-Cup.
Lucio was suspended. Fabiano stayed home injured. Rodriguez stayed home injured. Sao Paulo had a game 3 days ago. They are flying Brazil-> Germany -> Portugal -> Japan ->Brazil, all in just a few days.
Ganso is just a shadow of the player he was just a year or two ago.
The team that flew to Munich is a B-squad basically. Best forward is Aloisio and he is bad.
This team is going to have a hard time in Munich. If Bayern is any interested at all, it's going to be a 4:0-5:0.
With this team, the current situation and a Bayern team that is the best since decades, I see zero value in the +2.5 @ this price.

There was plenty of value on the Bayern HC a week ago.
