Why are moderators the only people who can post videos?

I think we are the only ones with HTML permissions.

If everyone had those permissions, someone could screw with the threads/site.

Anyone can post YouTube videos.

The format is:

[YOUTUBE]YouTube ID[/YOUTUBE]

where the YouTube ID for http://youtube.com/watch?v=wKsoXHYICqU would be "wKsoXHYICqU".

Hmm, it works. Well, thanks Ganchrow. I didn't have any pressing need to post anything, just thought it was odd that moderators have been posting videos for a couple months and no one else has posted anything.

Good deal Ganch. I was just posting the emb HTML code to post mine. I knew that we were the only ones with HTML code permissions.

Good to know about that You Tube ID, so others can do it.
