I am going to take an action that will cut off any money stream that comes into the sight unless you open the store (at the very least) so that players who have points can use them to be rewarded.

I think the reason the store is closed is because they can't fulfill any orders. I have a couple of Sportsbook cash orders that I made 8 months ago(!) while the store was still functioning, showing as completed, but nothing actually credited on the Sportsbook side.

Even if you could make an order, you'd not get anything. Better to just not allow orders...
