how does Maddux rate his plays?

First off, a big "thank you" to cowboy 4200 for posting Maddux football! My question is how does Maddux rate his plays? I noticed on a certain monitoring site where Maddux's college football plays last year were 9-3. How will those plays be identified here? TIA.

side note he doesn't list what sportbook he gets the lines at I don't always get his lines at what he sends out cause the lines either move that much are hes getting better lines at his sportsbooks than I get at mine
