On September 11, 2001, at 9:38 a.m., the occurrence the Arlington County (VA) Fire Department (ACFD) had long dreaded, prepared for, and hoped would never happen came to pass. We suffered one of the most heinous acts of terrorism ever enacted, right on our home soil. The Pentagon, a symbol of our country's strength and military heart, was dealt a potentially crippling blow as a Boeing 757 jet airliner, with more than 11,000 gallons of jet fuel, was deliberately flown into the face of the building. It struck with such force that three of the five concentric rings were breached and significantly damaged, and the shock wave was felt throughout the community for miles around. This was an historic event that would test the local emergency response to its limits. For years, we had been trying to prepare for just such an eventuality, all the while hoping it would never happen. Of all the possible scenarios played out by terrorism model experts, this was one of the least predicted forms of assault and potentially one of the most difficult to mitigate.

A Top Secret Military Specialist, who was injured in the Pentagon explosion on September 11, 2001 and who sued Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Air Force General Richard Myers for conspiracy, terrorism, constitutional violations, and for personal injuries, will have her case heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit (Connecticut) on April 5.
April Gallop saw disturbing things up close that have not been reported in the media, advises her attorney, William Veale. An independent judicial hearing of that and other evidence will allow review of the official explanation of the events on 9/11, which numerous experts claim to be impossible according to the laws of physics.
On March 15th, 2010, the lower court dismissed with prejudice the case of Gallop v. Cheney, et. al., ruling that the Complaint was frivolous and based on “cynical delusion and fantasy.” Judge Denny Chin refused to consider any other claims, including those backed by testimony of Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta to the 9/11 Commission about former vice president Dick Cheney’s stand down order. Gallop appealed the decision.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, she was ordered by her supervisor to go directly to work at the Pentagon, before dropping off her ten-week-old son Elisha at day care. Amazingly, the infant was given immediate security clearance upon arrival.
The instant Gallop turned on her computer an enormous explosion blew her out of her chair, knocking her momentarily unconscious.
Escaping through the hole reportedly made by Flight 77, she saw no signs of an aircraft – no seats, luggage, metal, or human remains. Her watch (and other clocks nearby) had stopped at 9:30-9:31 a.m., seven minutes before the Pentagon was allegedly struck (at 9:38 a.m.).
The 9/11 Commission reported that “by no later than 9:18 a.m., FAA centers in Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Washington were aware that Flight 77 was missing and that two aircraft had struck the World Trade Center.”
Why then were there no anti-aircraft defenses, Gallop asks, or alarm warnings inside the Pentagon?
Gallop was briefed by officials not to tell her story in public; she also received an email from a Fox News reporter who had been told by the Pentagon not to interview her.
Gallop now believes that officials within the Bush Administration conspired to destroy the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and WTC 7 – the third building brought down at 5:20 p.m. that day – with pre-placed explosives detonated after the planes hit.
Gallop’s case relies on virtually all forms of evidence admissible in court, but significantly, on published scientific evidence that residues of these explosives were found in the rubble after the attacks. In its totality the proffered case establishes that the government hypothesis – that the buildings collapsed due to fire in combination with the airplane impacts – is scientifically untenable.
In addition, Ms. Gallop will, through photographic and other physical evidence, as well as the testimony of a multitude of military and civilian survivors, demonstrate the impossibility of her having lived through the attack on the Pentagon if it had taken place as the government and the defendants claim.
A December 2010 poll conducted by the prestigious Emnid Institute, and reported in the German magazine “Welt der Wunder,” revealed that 89.5% of German respondents do not believe the official story of 9/11. German Federal Judge, Deiter Dieseroth, stated in December 2009 that:
“No independent court has applied legal procedures to review the available evidence on who was responsible for the attacks.”
The stakes in this case are epic, including the possibility of an overwhelming transformation of the world’s understanding of history, not to mention American citizens’ relationship with their government.
The case of Gallop v. Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Myers will be heard on Tuesday, April 5 at 11 a.m. at the Federal Courthouse at 141 Church Street in New Haven, Connecticut.

May 3, 2002: Report Fails to Explain ‘Exit Hole’ in Pentagon Wall
A report about shoring used in the Pentagon submitted to the University of Maryland makes reference to a hole created in a wall inside the Pentagon on 9/11, near the end of the path of damage caused by the aircraft that hit the building. However, the assessment gives no specific explanation for what exactly caused the hole. The hole was on the ground level in a brick wall of the C Ring (the third of five concentric rings that form the Pentagon), on the A-E Drive, a service roadway that runs round the building between its C and B rings. The report says, “a nine foot diameter exit hole was created in the wall of C ring and the remainder of the debris from the impact ended up in the […] A-E Drive.” <cite>[Titus, 5/3/2002, pp. 9
]</cite> Similarly, other reports do not offer any conclusive explanation for what caused the hole. The American Society of Civil Engineers’ Pentagon Building Performance Report, published in 2003 January 23, 2003, will show the hole’s location in several diagrams, but explain only that “there was a hole in the east wall of Ring C, emerging into A-E Drive, between column lines 5 and 7 in Wedge 2. The wall failure was approximately 310 ft from where the fuselage of the aircraft entered the west wall of the building.” <cite>[Mlakar et al., 1/2003, pp. 28 ]</cite> The Arlington County After-Action Report, published in 2002, contains a photo of the exit hole with the note “the damage extended all the way through the inner wall of the C Ring, a distance of approximately 285 feet.” It offers no further explanation for what precisely caused the hole. <cite>[US Department of Health & Human Services, 7/2002, pp. A8]</cite>
The only visible damage to the outer wall of the Pentagon is a single hole no more than 16ft in diameter. But a Boeing 757 is 155ft long, 44ft high, has a 124ft wingspan and weighs almost 100 tons.
If six tons of steel and titanium (engines) banged into the Pentagon at 530mph, they would bury themselves inside the building, leaving two very distinct imprints. And yet the only damage to the outer wall is this single hole.
Are we supposed to believe that it disappeared into this hole without leaving any wreckage on the outside? Why is there no damage from the wings or the vertical stabiliser or the engines which would have slammed into the building?
The official explanation is that the intense heat from the jet fuel vapourised the entire plane. Indeed, from the pictures, it seems there was no discernible trace of a fully loaded Boeing 757 at the crash scene. But if the fire was hot enough to incinerate a jumbo jet, then how could investigators identify 184 out of 189 dead people found at the defence headquarters?Comment -
Staged "evidence". lies, lies and more lies...
Below Lloyd's cab is casting its shadow -- similar to the lightpole's shadow -- also to the north west. It's early as the Pentagon doesn't seem to have collapsed yet.

And below is the shot that's always been in big contention: not only are the shadows pulling back to the SOUTH WEST but this shot contradicts all the shots that show the cobblestone on the Columbia Pike well away to the north. But this shot shows Lloyd's cab right, smack-bang beside it.
Now comes the funny bit about what is claimed about the chronological order of the Jason Ingersol shots. The shot below (same as the one above) is labeled DSC_0420.jpg (you get these names if you download the entire collection, which CIT say they have checked with Ingersol to be in correct chronological order). But it just doesn't corelate with the shot that follows.
And the shot below is labelled DSC_0421. So if we are to believe that Ingersol took 0420, which displays the 'spook' in the blue shirt looking straight into the sun with his back to the south in shadow, then Ingersol supposedly walks around and snaps Lloyd's cab where the spook has turned his back now to the north -- but it's still in shadow. I should clarify that this shot probably does display where the sun and shadows really should be -- but the point is that it totally contradicts the previous shot.
