Cookings easy! Just add a stick of butter and a spoonfull of garlic and your golden!

Actually Ive gotten into REAL bbq (cooking with wood), and even purchased a very large trailered smoker.

      MMMM BBQ....

Heres a spread of my Mothers Day meal for the fam:

But I always enjoy a steak:

^^Picture doesnt do this thing justice...it was almost 2# raw weight, 2-3 inches thick

ill teach you how to be a good cook.

step 1. get butter. a good amount of butter. put it in a frying pan. turn the heat on med-low.....

step 2. add some buds.(grind it up works better) trimmings work well too.

                        step 3. simmer on med-low for 30-45min

step 4. strain out the trimmings/buds/ now you have "canna-butter"

add "canna butter" to anything and you will get additional nourishment

Yes, I am great cook, I cook mostly Italian dishes, but can cook just about anything.I was 14 when I started working in Italian resturants, then later became a pastry chef into my late 20's.

My mom made sure all of us knew how to cook before she passed away. Have some amazing dishes that are easy to make. A good marinade for all proteins is key. Will post up some pics next time we cook here. Here is a simple sauce that is addictive if you like Asian food.

Mix the following in a bowl together:
4 bunches of diced green onion
1 chunk of fresh grated ginger
1/4 cup of neutral oil. I use grapeseed or veg.
splash of red wine or rice vinegar
                                      splash of sesame oil
salt, pepper and some Szechuan seasoning( if you have some) to taste
Hoison sauce. Some people use a few tbsps, I use a lot.

Mix them all and let it set for an hour in fridge. Eat it straight or put over rice, noodles, veggies, chicken. A can't miss sauce.

i think that people who can't cook should be castrated

how hard is it to find a recipe and read what it says, and then do it

yes, there are meals which get better over time the more experienced you are, but cooking something isn't abdominal surgery ffs

Use a very similar recipe I picked up years back from Chinese cookbook, very good marinade.

As for OP's question, relevant maybe a decade or so back but no longer... should be asking if any women here know how to cook, not men. Not a single lady on my line and a lot of my friends who also cook say the same at their establishments.
