Water, I'm no expert in tampons.

Depends on the cultural vagina perhaps.

For instance, this Asian girl has no eyelids. If she has an eyebrow hair fall into her eyes... you can't tell her to pull the lid down and use the bottom to draw the hair out... w/ Asians you can't do that.

so some vaginas may simply shit blood all over the place.... culturally speaking
