    How Many of you Fukks workout to burn off stress from getting buried
    Check in...

    I lift 6 days a week and run 4-5x, if I get buried I workout and run harder and longer.

    What else do you fukks do to burn off stress from gambling? JJ, smoking weed doesn't count.

          BigDeem5...............same here pal. Old school gym in warehouse of my office building. Train 4 days a week and run on off days. Helps with the everyday stress of business, gambling, and life/wife.

                just got back to working out 6x a week on april 30th after a few months break.

                feeling good, shoulda never stopped.

                  i work out 5 times a week, swim twice and run 3 times a week. Just to stay in shape and i enjoy. Me and my buddies have a little workout gang lol

                        i work out at least 6 times a week, 1 and a half hour sessions of either weights or cardio. keep myself on a strict diet of mostly broiled chicken breasts, broccoli, lettuce and other veggies. take numerous vitamins and supplements daily to ensure optimal health






                        ham naw im kidding, I drank 15 beers and had mcdonalds twice today, and thats not even a shameful day to me anymore

                            What supplements do u take?
                            I drink the Magnum Quattro Protein Shake pretty effective tastes very good as well. Eat lots of fruits and meat also lots of eggs (mainly whites) but not many veggies. What would you change in my diet?

                                      Trying juicing your veggies. Or make a fruit smoothie with spinach (can't taste the spinach whatsoever). Put some strawberries, bananas, papaya, water, and 1-2 handfulls of spinach leaves in a blender, and blend the hell out of it until it's smooth and creamy. It should be red because of the strawberries. You won't have any idea whatsoever that you just consumed a 1-2 servings of vegetables.

                                          A workout can make you sore but it shouldn't unless your doing something new. But if you were supposed to get sore.What would you do? Try to get sore?

                                          A workout should be intense, brief and infrequent.

                                          If you worked out just 2 days a week and trained each bodypart once a week, did warmup sets and 1 set to failure in slow form. You would do ten x better in every aspect of your mind, health, and body
