1. Paying 1% of a transfer is still better than you not receiving the points at all. It's an unavoidable part of doing business.

2. If BillsFan is like myself, and has no desire or need to use the points system then they would be much better off in your hands than to merely accumulate dust in her non-interest bearing account as you DO use them to make purchases.

3. If BillsFan were indeed amassing a large amount of points, it would make it much more difficult for her to transfer you the points without someone noticing and raising their suspicions.

4. If BillsFan has barely signed in during the past 10 months, why has she managed to do so during the exact time frames you offer special lines? The lines aren't open all day long and this is a rather new venture of yours.
