As far as Social Security goes it should be changed. Rich people that make over 300k a year on their tax returns or have over two million dollars in assets should not be eligible to get SS checks in the mail monthly.

That is where the system is flawed.

Eliminating just that could revive SS in the future. I'd vote in favor of that even though it isn't fair. I'd fall into that category and I'd still vote in favor of it.

If you are making over 300k a year why do you need a $1000 social security check every month when you are old and retired? I'm just thinking about saving the Social Security system and keeping it alive and funded.

I understand your point of view though as who wouldn't want to get a social security $1000 check every month when you become eligible and always paid your taxes? I get it.

SS will run out and I guess they will just throw another Trillion into it and rack up more deficit. That's what the swamp politicians do best in Congress is to spend our tax dollars and cause higher inflation.
