His stats don't wow you because he plays within the team. He isn't one of those guys out there firing up 25 shots a game. He is the reason Duke has a great chance to win it all. I certainly think Duke is better than most. His passing is the impressive part because if teams try to double him when he starts to go off then he always finds the wide open guy. I would say out of all the so called top prospects he is the most selfless player. The way he plays defense it is hard to believe he is a freshman. IMO he is as legit as you can get. Guy just makes winning plays whether on offense or defense.Comment -

Ya, totally agree, Scheyer has done a great coaching job with this squad. He has got them to buy into defense. Something you haven't really seen from Duke in awhile. They are quietly one of the best defensive teams in the country and that is why they are, not just winning, but blowing the lid off of almost everyone they play. This team can shoot the lights out and the way Flagg plays within the team, not trying to just get his, has them playing at an elite level right now and trending up. They have many weapons and Flagg sets everyone else up. It is fun to watch this group play as they give a team effort every night out.Comment -

I like to look at the Sites to see if a team will gain a pseudo-Home Court advantage. This has been a key driver in historical NCAA wins:
*Duke: I'm sure they'll play in Raleigh. This is a huge advantage, as they're just a short drive to Raleigh.
*UConn: Closest site would be Providence RI. See if the committee puts UConn in Providence. They don't merit regional preference based on their ranking. If they put UConn in Providence, they want the Huskies to advance to the Sweet 16.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -

Also watch for Eastern teams shipping West. Very few ranked teams in Mountain/Pacific time zones this year. It won't look like a regional bracket.
