No. Fish started that forum in case TGF went down. They moved the Juice Free and Poker forums over there.
Not sure why it is down. I figured Fish would have posted about it at Peeps or somewhere else but he hasn't yet.

TGF was taken down since HRWager went defunct and didn't need the forum anymore.

I have no idea why Fish Tank went down. It looks like Pro Boards didn't like something on the forum and they took it down.
