Yes. His entire family are big into it and major donors.

He did discuss exactly that in scientology auditing. Admitted what he did and accepted their counselling. Which was basically don't get caught again.

Then scientology ordered 3 or 4 of the victims to be secuity check audited to find out what they had done to bring these rapes upon themselves. Seriously!

There is a bunch of other accusers apart from the ones involved in this case too.

The Church of Scientology needs to get looked into by the FBI/govt...they are always involved in beyond shady stuff and try to cover it up. They also make life hell for those that leave/want to leave. They are nothing but a cult and need their tax exemption taken away and their practices thoroughly looked into.
