Unlike Biden, who doesn't fire anyone despite his cabinet being full of incompetent losers, Trump will replace those who aren't doing well. It happens all over the place in all sorts of businesses, including sports teams. How many times has a team signed a player only to trade him or let him go the next season? How about hiring a coach? Did they make a mistake? You could say yes. Should they still keep them around for the next 5 seasons? Of course not. That would be dumb. You replace him with someone else who can do a better job.
