B.OA, call me naive but I truly believe that 99.9%+ of companies/businesses hire the best person for the job(unless they're forced not to via AA).

Perhaps those that feel that they are not getting a fair shake should or should have made themselves more desirable to hire?? (Education, grammar, being presentable etc).

An example: I recently saw Cam Newton whining about Brady getting a cushy TV gig with little to no experience. First off, Brady was the GOAT QB. Secondly, Brady speaks much better English and is far more presentable. I could go on but Newton currently looks like he has a tree coming out of his head and doesn't publicly speak well enough to be on that type of national stage. Bottom line, do what you have to do to make yourself more desirable to hire rather than cry racism, white man holding me down etc...

I have to respectfully disagree. Most of the good jobs here where I live, yes you will need some qualifications or experience but if you don't know somebody that can help you out, then you are SOL.

I agree, what he says can never be taken at face value. With his history for bring less than honest most reasonable people know anything he says needs proper vetting. No intellectually honest person could believe most of what he says.

Its called marketing. Or marketing yourself. Trump is a master of it. When you see a beer commercial with beautiful women in bikinis having a good time, you can't really believe that everyone that drinks that brand is gonna experience the same thing. No intellectually honest person does. They do it to keep you attention. Trump's speech after coming down the escalator in 2015 and the Mexican comments were along the same lines. No intellectually honest person thought he was talking about all Mexicans. Sure, the Left pretended that he did. They pretend a lot of things including that Biden is sharp as a tac.

That fact is that Trump pulled off the biggest upset in political history in 2016 and he used the MSM to help him win. The suckers fell for it because they couldn't help themselves.
