Before any of what you have listed happens, the CEO, THE Board, and top management get a big raise on top of the huge salary they already are making, and the company will do a stock buyback. If any is left after that, they may add a couple jobs usually not. If I had all the employees, I needed why would I add more, when I can just pocket the money?
