But, this article by the BBC (who I think is very impartial, not left or right) sums up the case. The burden of proof was on the prosecution and they pretty much nailed it. They presented dozens of documents, including checks with Trumps signature on them. Do you believe Trump knowingly paid hush money? If you do, then case closed.

Jurors do a job. No one wants to convict an innocent man, even Trump. If one of them felt something was not right, they would have hung the court. They came to that decision unanimously and pretty quickly. Trump didn't have a defense. It was pretty much an open and shut case. The case was fixed from the beginning. The FEC didn't prosecute. NY changed the law in order to be able to charge Trump. That's like charging you for going 55 in a 55 zone in 2016 because in 2024 they changed the speed limit to 45.

The judge allowed Sloppy Daniels to sit there and talk about dreams she had and wouldn't allow the defense to call a witness. The judge also censored Trump while allowing people like Cohen to exercise their first amendment rights. Any intellectually honest person knows this was a rigged trial. The jury only followed the judge's direction. He should lose his law license as should Bragg. Don't forget that the WH said on Monday that they would release a statement. Biden knew Trump would be convicted more than 24 hours before the jury did.
