No.Hunter Biden was not running for anything, that would be like punishing Trump for something dumb jr and dumber did.

If the 51 intelligence officers signed a sworn affidavit that was false they should have been arrested and had their day in court. They should have had to explain to a federal judge why they lied and if found guilty been sentenced.
If they falsified court documents that should be the issue and they should be tried for it.

Trump’s legal team has agreed that Trump must put up a $200,000 bond when he’s arrested at the Fulton County Jail later this week.
Other terms also bar him from talking to or intimidating witnesses, including on social media.
If Trump violates any of these conditions, he could have his release revoked.
