Websites Selling Unapproved Abortion Pills Booming
Enter “buy cytotec online cheap” into Google’s search engine and the first four results are sites that illegally offer to ship the abortion pills without a prescription.

Cytotec, the name-brand version of misoprostol, is an FDA-approved prescription drug for treating stomach ulcers. It is also one of two pills used to end a pregnancy. According to a statement from drugmaker Pfizer, Cytotec is a target for counterfeiters.

Though there are legitimate telemedicine operations and online pharmacies helping connect people online in states that limit abortion, they sometimes have difficulty promoting their services. Illicit pharmacies, meanwhile, are adept at circumventing Google’s rules and rising to the top of search results.

It's not like it is not well known what happens when prohibition is enforced.

Criminals rush to reap those profits from the black market whilst the do-gooders pat themselves on the back again. (until 20/20 hindsight wins over and the bans are given up as usual)

Hundreds of Google workers signed a petition demanding it stop collecting...

        ...abortion search data from people

The Alphabet Workers' Union — a union for employees at Google's parent company Alphabet — circulated a petition that garnered over 650 signatures, the union said in a Twitter thread.

One of the petition's demand is that Google stop collecting data from users searching for abortion information.

"We know companies are often legally required to hand over data, which is why we're demanding Google stop collecting data on users seeking abortion information — period. It's the only way to protect it from law enforcement," the union said in its Twitter thread.

Feds can't stop foreigners selling whatever they want that is legal where they live.

Early days of the internet I used to sell generic arthritis medicine via a Thailand manufacturer and happily ignored threats from US authorities as customers thanked me for making it possible to afford VITAL medication I was able to sell at at 5% of the cost whilst still making a huge profit for myself.
