I would go up to her and say "Excuse me i have something to tell you ". Then i would look into her eyes and pull out the knife and start stabbing her repeatedly. I would make sure the body falls to the right. Because as you already see i am sure to her left is that beautiful coffee machine. I would put some Mocha in there and make some delicious yummy Mocha coffee. Coffee is our friend.
