You obviously don't know many people in the NBA. There's a lot of smart, decent young men in the league. A whole lot playing basketball in HS and college.
I wrote a few pages back that Isaac's comments were on point, ALTHOUGH research has already shown that getting the vaccine even after getting Covid offers better protection. I think the US should really look at 3 classifications. Vaccinated, unvaccinated and previously exposed. It will probably takes some time before we really know how long and how effective vaccinated and previously exposed people are. I don't think we should classify previously exposed people as "unvaccinated". I also don't think they should be subject to vaccine mandates. But you have to confirm that you've actually been exposed and have the antibodies. A lot of people got the sniffles and thought they got Covid.
Right now, the unvaccinated (which includes a lot of kids) is the only reason we haven't reached herd immunity. We are almost there. There really isn't a need to politicize this thing anymore.
