Many people under 65 have died from covid-19. It is true that those under 65 have a far lower morbidity rate than those over 65, but a vaccine will A) lower that morbidity rate even further, and more importantly B) make the person far less likely to transmit the virus to a more vulnerable person should they become infected.

I did his diet for a few months on a dare from my siblings and being concerned that I had a very high blood pressure suddenly with some shortness of breath out of nowhere, despite being very active.


I ended it, when I found out via echo,CT scans, and MRI that my issues were due to a genetic structural valve defect.

so diet wasn't going to "fix" that.

I would have thought eliminating animal proteins and oils while eating so many fresh veggies ect would have made me feel amazing. It wasn't the case though. I went back to a more balanced diet but I do still try to get many servings of high nitrate foods like greens and/or beets multiple times per day.

I did find my running and biking times improved eating over a beet per day on avg.

but if I knew someone with bad lip panel and other severe issues with heart disease, I would recommend that stuff and Dean Ornish stuff to help save their lives. It did great for my father years ago, which is how many family knew about it.

I've read, after the vaccine has been rolled out to the general public later in the year, having it may allow you to travel more freely (i.e. overseas, on airlines, etc...). Those that don't get vaccine may be restricted. Can you imagine???

my comprehensive blood panels were nearly identical a year later after i'd reintroduced moderate amounts of animal proteins, and allowed myself some booze, sweets, or whatever "junk" food I wanted every once in awhile.

I did decide to never go back to highly processed meats, and I don't miss them

Sounds like you are a fruitarian? A fruit only diet does not make a lot of sense to me as you need essential vitamins and minerals, take for example iron. Also fruits are high in acid and sugars. Most Fruitarians gain weight, not lose it.

You seem to be against veggies and your main case is thallium. Well thallium can show up in all food groups, including fruits. The only way to avoid thallium is to make sure it’s not in your water or soil choice. The thallium case in kale you are referring to is because those California growers were using brine fracking water. Thallium has been banned in the US for many decades now. It’s very easy to remove it if you are growing your own fruits and veggies. Just like Covid, every person responds differently to their diet and lifestyle. My great grandmother smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and drank like a fish and lived to 106. Jim Fixx was the picture of health, ran marathons and died at 52. Just because one person does one thing that works for them doesn’t mean it will work for me or you. We all need to get a better grasp on our bodies. I do think genetics, blood type, environment are big factors. Adjust accordingly.

I am 90 10 working my way to 100....maybe.
I got all the recipes. Check out the super marathon guys.. There is a dude out there that runs 100 miles and all he eats is fruit... 12 lbs a day because of all the running that he does.
Over the years I have tried to educate others about the crap in meat and gluten and it mostly falls on deaf ears while their waistlines increase. I can speak for myself and how I am no longer taking cholesterol meds or high blood pressure meds and it was all because I changed my diet.

Sure I will still eat a big fat steak occasionally but not at all like I used to. And candy....MILKDUDS rule. I was killing myself eating what our effed up government promotes. Im Pisces as well. But a decade older and I get the same accolades.

Exactly. But, this is too extreme for most people. I fast a lot. I’ve done it 30 days before. I make sure to fast at least 3 months out of a year. I go full out Breatharian mode for long periods of time.

This is lies by the government and doctors. Processed sugar is different from the so called sugar in fruit. The sugar in fruit has a low glycemic index of 6 which is perfect for your body. This is released slowly through your blood stream when energy is needed by the body and won’t cause an overload to your blood sugar or system.

Processed sugar has a high glycemic index of dam near 100. This causes problems as all the sugar is released into your bloodstream at once and you get a sugar rush and you’ll probably go into diabetic shock one day abusing processed sugar.
