If I'm eating rice.... just brown gravy is fine with me

But if you're watching extra carbs and calories... just eat it plain

White rice wth butter is good wth me. Grill up some chicken or pork chops wth a tomato and cucumber salad and I'm happy

This is good. Throw some salt and pepper on it.

You already have a Bud Light gut Rudy, so don't worry about the extra calories.

i cant do butter...too many calories and i need some extra taste

with potatoes, i can just throw velveeta cheese on (35 calories and great tasting...buy them in slices not the hunk that you have to peel)

          rice is too just boring

i dont want to deal with a buillion cube or whatever the fukk they are

spicy szechuan is more for meat to me

anyone try the canned gravy from heinz?

tomorrow ill report back on the cream of mushroom straight out of the can (98% fat free or whatever it is)

my rice cooker has that steamer tray in top

i figure cream of mushroom soup could go on steamed broccoli as well

The Heinz Gravy I tried was in a glass jar. I think it's good...

Any type of Gravy will add a lot of excess calories. Just giving you the heads up.

25 calories per serving isnt too bad

you (you, meaning I usually...)usually need about 100 calories of butter and not much taste added to rice if you ask me

you had something similar to this?

                might try it

i had to add shit to my order today and for some stupid reason i added alfredo sauce

which is 70 calories per serving

dumb move, i dont even like it that much

might try that on rice as well just to get rid of it

Yep, that's the gravy I've used before. Sodium level is high... but... if you want flavor... that would be the best choice.

Forget the gravy. If you're watching calories, throw a pack of roasted seaweed on it. Enough flavor and about 19 calories only

Salsa sauce can make something similar to spanish rice.

I cook rice in coconut milk instead of water sometimes just to do something different.

Add chicken fat to water in rice cooker for great rice.

A ginger, green onion, rice vinegar, grape seed oil, soy mix is excellent

if you use sriracha on your spaghetti, then you will love it on your rice!...I like sriracha but the one that I use (my favorite hot sauce of all-time) is tapatio...only $2 and some change for a bottle...you can find it at most grocery stores...good flavor and good kick without burning your mouth...
