I mean the reason I’ve been taking it is for energy and focus at work

but the side effects are terrible it makes me feel great for the first 3 hours or so but the come down sucks and then the next day if I don’t take it I feel slow and lethargic

well yeah I drink like 5 cups of coffee per day, I take something called mental jewels that have caffeine it’s 4 pills, sometimes I take 6 of them. And I also drink a pre-work out after work or sometimes at lunch
