Having been in the business for 4 generations this is nothing new.
All beer marketing is fluff
Bud Light could hit back on the "cold filtered" claim because when filtering beer you can only do so cold (allows yeast to settle)
Lowenbrau case from 80s regarding marketing as import....
Funny thing is AB produce beer lines like Busch, Natural, etc that readily use corn syrup and the volume if those beers exceeds coors & miller.... very iconic
It's mute anyway because none of it is in the final product (no gluten or sugars either)....Comment -
Van Munching's kid (Leo was exclusive Heineken importer for 70 years) wrote a book about these fights... might have been called beer wars. Good entertainment actually.
