    Do you pull the membrane off before cooking?

          Yes pull the membrane off

          Parboil then smoke for a guaranteed tender rib

          You can also cook wrapped in foil

            Have it in the pressure cooker on low for 2 hours or so. Then smoke finish in Traegger
