I'm 72....

I have a very good life and it centers
around the gym I frequent 4 days a week
for a little over 2 hrs each visit.

I belong to a very nice gun club

and am investing in it in January.

I am here about 2 hrs daily .. tops.

No, I don't think so. I only spend 30 min to one hour per day reading/posting in forums. For me, it's a means to stay informed about things that are of interest to me, rather than an addiction.

It's also a chance to get in some intelligent conversation, which I find to be in slim supply in the real world.
