That looks perfect. The juices flowing in the plate. Charred just right. Looks tender. Was it good?

Boy, I had a steak from Hugo's Cellar in Downtown Vegas and, as always, it was pretty fukkin good.

Worth every penny when it's that good.

Hugo's Cellar was more than acceptable but not $200, more like $50-100 range for each of us.
