In about 20 years she'll probably say to herself: "OMG, what was I thinking? I was drinking at the beach. Why didn't I just obey the officer's commands, and act like a lady?"

Things like this happen a lot when one is twenty?

Maybe she can show this video to her daughter years from now as a lesson of how "not to act."

Most people at least the ones i hung out with and everyone that i pretty much know did not have a criminal record and assaulted and robbed someone already. That is why she was on probation. When i was younger the rare times a cop did approach me or any of my friends as long as you cooperate and are polite we never got into any serious trouble.

At age 20 you know right from wrong. She is old enough to have known she was on probation and should not have been there in the first place. If she would have went for a gun out of her purse she would have probably been tried as an adult.

You're a tough grader, and I agree with ya. I did some stupid things when I was twenty, and I was giving youth a little leeway.
