All nighters suck, I got busy and pulled off only 3 hours sleep a few days ago, it hit me the next day for half the day and I could feel it. I was still able to work out and operate normally but I could feel it. Just a little off.. I was ok though and feeling normal around dinner time.. Slept like a baby that next night though..
