The intent makes sense but serves no purpose in reality. While you would want to discourage this from happening,by having jail tme it is essentially a punishment for nothing. Two legal adults. She should be fired.....END OF STORY. 99% of the times this happens the high school kid will be underage. So in that instance arrest them. For the rare time they are actually an adult, fire them and move on. It will be on her record and she will presumably never teach again.Comment -
