I say he is. From the word go, he went right to the top with his own brand of refreshing comedy.
One thing though, his run of funny movies went dry, just like, probably, the second ranked funny-guy, Jim Carrey's, so, they both need to sit back and find a better role in a film so they don't tarnish that longtime hilarious image beyond repair.
* Did anyone see the "Bomb' Will laid on his last film? The one where every other word spoken was*uck, coming from both male's and female's alike, and, as if there was contest for the title of which star could out score the other using '"that-word."
My rankings for the last 20/25 years
#1 Farrell
#2 Carrey
#3 E. Murphy
#4 ?
A sample and new-fresher look at this naturally funny man, merely being himself and not playing in another one of those dull movie roles he has worn out.
