I respectfully disagree with poster funnyb25 here - I really don't think birds should be expected to save humans. Not only do they not have opposable thumbs or the dexterity to achieve such a task, but they are on the average less than 100th the weight/size of a human being. If I were still a bird I would find such criticism to be extremely unfair.
