I am doing stadium stairs at 5:30 with a telephone pole on my back. Then some cardio; afterwards a protein shake followed by a run then light lifting. Ending the day with jump rope rope. I'll find a play for tomorrow night. Shute.

For 12 years running, 12-15 of us have met for a weekend at a lake house in New Hampshire.
We all graduated the same year, 1981, from the same HS in Massachusetts.

Lots of booze, lots of laughs, 18 holes of party scramble golf. Awesome time.

1 guy always makes it from Cal. Couple guys from the DC area. I make sure it ties into my summer trip from the DR.

Great Thread. I still keep up with a few of the high school crew. We where very close but as time goes on people do go their separate ways. Most have families. Man I loved my high school friends
