I thought that I was the only one in the USA without one. Broke mine end of last year and have been with a home phone only since. Did buy a trac phone recently which I keep on my motorcycle for when I get a flat tire or get caught in heavy weather.

Indeed, can`t beat the price when I was not using my phone to be connected to the `net in the first place. Besides, I have been hearing in recent months again that cell phones do cause brain cancer.

If you just want one for emergencies, there are some free ones out there no monthly fee.
They are very limited like 200-500 minutes 500 text and like 500 mb data.
We have a freedom pop in each car just in case or when we drop grand kids off somewhere
we hand them one to pick them up from something

Guys... I know Sprint sucks and all to some people... but if you ask around... threads all over the internet... that Sprint Framily plan is still around. There are codes all over the internet. $25 a month + taxes Unlimited Talk/Unlimited Text... + 1GB of data. Can't beat having cell service out the door for under $30 a month. Just use WiFi at work or at home so you don't go over the 1GB of data.

I hope you guys at least have internet service at home... and not using the library to access SBR.
