Supplemental Cayenne pepper users, need info
I have high blood pressure and saw that cayenne pepper supplements help with that.

Remember old threads on vitamins guys took and cayenne pepper came up.

    A few questions.

How many capsules do you guys take? Will it give you heartburn? Burn your butt hole?

Hot spicy foods give me heart burn and burn my butt hole. Just wondering if taking
    supplements would do the same?

    Serious questions, thanks.

Take it with food and a good deal of water. Start off slow & see if you have any heartburn or reflux. How man heat units is each pill?
I took it w/o food once and puked. Along with the cayenne - stop eating meat/sugar, get hydrated & take magnesium & you will lower your blood pressure.

Thanks Johnny. Sounds like taking supplements would hurt me the same as food.

When I was on blood pressure medicine I had horrible night time legs cramps. Started taking Magnesium
to stop them and have been ever since. Made the mistake of getting 400 mil instead of 250 and get the shits.

rk sounds like you should boost your alkalinity with a body ph supplement
and drink the electrolyte water. Magnesium works best with electrolytes
they sell the 365 store brand at Whole Foods. You could also be deficient
in photonutrients like spinach, kelp, escarole, rabe, broccoli, arugula...

cayenne, ginger, tumeric, krill oil, astaxanthin and one superfood product like bokusuperfood or epi-greens

try to retire to the tropics where you can also get fresh coconut water daily

impossible to get sick unless you are like eating out crack whores after doing an eight ball

          good luck

I prefer the 8 ball before eating out the crack.

              Love coconut anything.

I take homemade cayenne pepper tincture, a dropper full or two in some water. Dr. Richard Schulze has a heart formula I took for a long time. A little bit of Scotch (one sip) helps too to open up the arteries (it was an remedy in the old days but effective.) You already know of magnesium.

But the underlying cause is likely lack of sunshine. Ever since the invention of the light bulb and widespread electrification of society, people stayed indoors and with year-around comfort, the body starts to break down. You stay healthy when the body goes through uncomfortable environment. Sunshine through eyes and on skin has a surprising number of processes that helps the body keep healthy, not just Vitamin D. You will have to go to the website and Facebook group of Dr. Jack Kruse to start educating yourself about sunshine, grounding, blue-light spectrum blocking, circadian rhythm, nnEMF, and a host of other things. The light bulb and electrification was the start of wide-spread chronic health issues including high blood pressure.

Cayenne pepper will definitely burn your butt and then some. If it doesn't, it does not have any cayenne pepper. Fire in the hole.

There are better natural vasodilators than cayenne, though it's also good for diabetes/insulin resistance. What's the best thing for insulin resistance? Lifting weights and intermittent fasting. If you are above weight, losing weight from training also will help your blood pressure.

Kelly, I'm pretty sure you're black and so this does have a genetic component to it, but there are natural herbs and remedies that you can take, although they are probably more of a pain in the ass then taking an Ace inhibitor or such modern medication

I made it about 20 years ago with a kit from Western Botanicals
                          https://www.westernbotanicals.com/product/Cayenne---Habanero-200-HU

But there are professionally made Cayenne Pepper and Heart Formula tinctures made as here:

Lifting weights & getting sunshine I agree with. Spend time with pets & loved ones. Also try something called grounding. Get the bare soles of your feet in the sand or on grass for at least 30 minutes per day (preferably longer). That will help your condition.

I'm glad to see that someone else is awake on here. You're body requires NO FOOD to survive. You're body survives inspite of food, not because of it. Food is an addictive drug with all the salt and sugar in it. It's hard to break the addiction. You're body does not know the law or constitution, but salt, sugar, flour and cocaine are all white powdery or grainy substances that are all harmful and addictive drugs to you're body. They will wreak havoc on a persons body, not to mention you will age rapidly. Alcohol is horrible as well and will age you and kill you like no other, but that's a different topic.

Cayenne Pepper is a gift to you're body. Not only will it prevent a heart attack from happening, it cures cancers and makes cancer cells commit suicide through "apoptosis". If this does not sound good enough, it takes away an array of illnesses such and psoriasis and many others. Despite its heat, Cayenne pepper reverses and takes away ulcers in your stomach. In fact, I've been taking cayenne pepper since I was 18, I'm now double that age and people mistake me all the time for being 19 or 20 years old. You have to get the Organic and non irradiated cayenne pepper though. The stuff from kroger or walmart will not cut it, trust me.

Sunlight, is the best gift to mankind. I stare at the Sun barefooted (grounded on earth) for up to 3 hours a day. You're body is like a battery and the sun recharges you. I have not had any health issues or seen a doctor since I was a teenager before I started to stare at the sun. When you have atleast a 1 hour session of sungazing, you will feel full and no longer want food and you will see food for what it really is, It is a destructive toy. 1 sungazing session is equivalent to a weeks worth of nourishment or food, without all the fat, cancer, calories or GMOs that are in food that kill people.

Also, I know this is off topic, but for christs sakes men, stop watching porn and masturbating into a paper towel. Each time you ejaculate, you put yourself closer to death and age quicker. Each load or ejaculation is equivalent to a weeks worth of food. Your body will always be hungry and get sick if you're constantly watching porn and shooting you're loads into a paper towel. YOU will never get sick or have any health problems if you abstain from porn or masturbation. I'm not saying not to ever have sex again, sex is fine, but with a real women, just do it sparingly, like one time a week at most. I know that sounds hard, but it's worth it. Your girl will understand. It will make you a mighty man. It will make you a better version of yourself. Your semen is like a precious jewel, not only will you not get sick, all that semen or sexual power you do not use will make bigger muscles on your body, give you a bigger and smarter brain and make you into a beast. It will also make your skin glow and make you look younger and give you Mighty confidence to take on anything in this world!

Don't believe me? Go ready Mike Tyson's book or many other boxers who do not engage in sexual activity or porn and masturbation for up to 6 weeks before a fight. In fact, Mike Tyson said when he was world champion for 5 years, he did not masturbate or have sex one time! There is an group online on reddit and many other sites called "NO PMO". Just look them up online or on youtube videos for testimonials.

I will post videos to those who want to see them. Trust me, it will be worth your time if you really value your health. Also, check out "MASTER OF EARTH" videos on youtube. This guy is really the master of earth. I do everything he does and it's been working for years. Peace out brothers and if this even helps one person, that'll make me happy.

Gotta admit, a day outside of hard work in the yard or fishing on the boat during a sunny day, I'm not as hungry
compared to sitting on my ass inside.

Kinda hard to do up here in the N east during winter. ABC's doctor Bressor suggested us people up north to take
                                                      vitamin D3. I've been taking 10k units a day.

Too much sunshine can't be good. I've seen female friends who when young, laid out in the sun every chance
they got. 20 years later, they look horrible. All wrinkled up and saggy. Same with the men whose jobs were in

                                                      lesions taken off his face.

Go easy on the sun. 20 mins is enough if you are doing it on purpose.

You're talking to someone who looks at the sun 3 hours daily for over 17 years. I look 17 years old, I have no lesions or cancer or have no wrinkles and I just recently turned 36 years old. The stuff that causes cancer is, get ready for it, "SUNSCREEN" and "LOTIONS" the doctors tell you are good for you, but they are not. Also, all the food and alcohol people partake in on the regular is doing all that bad stuff as well. Energy can not be created or destroyed. If you eat meat, you are eating a once living being that was tortured, caged and murdered. So, you will get all that negative energy from murdered animals and suffer the consequences with aging, wrinkles, cancer and death eventually.

You're friends are not Breatharian like me and not eat nothing at all. All I take in is Sunlight, cayenne pepper, and distilled water and I'm fine. But, just don't take my word for it. Look up youtube videos of people who are Breatharian and live off the sun, you might be surprised. They are in tip top shape and have as close to perfect bodies as you will see. Also, be careful of what doctors tell you what's good for you or not, they just learned what they learned in Government hand books in college. I learned from Yogis and Shamans who easily live to 300 years old or longer. But, you never here about this in the US Media, they put it in peoples heads that 70 years old is all you're going to get. That's just BS and brainwashing.

Also, a Big tip here. Being in the sun with rubber shoes or any shoes for that matter will give you NO benefits. You have to be barefooted (grounded on earth) like a plant to get all the benefits. Your feet are like roots. Just look as yourself as a plant before you present yourself to the sun, you're life will change drastically for the better. You can sungaze barefooted in dirt, sand or mud. One more thing, watch the "DISTILLED WATER" video I posted, it's over an hour long, but just give it 15 minutes of your life, it will change your life!

I had a heart attack @ the age of 40 because I stopped watching my blood pressure and cholesterol. I am not even overweight.

As far as spicy foods, I guess it is acclimation. Try a small pinch of cayenne next time you cook up some spaghettini sauce.

Seriously, I wish you the best and I hope you visit your doctor.
