NCAA lowered the boom. They are getting a public reprimand and a $5,000 fine. They spend more than that on food for the press box for a home game.

So when they flash Brian Kelly's record at Notre Dame next year, it is going to include the 0-24? Yeah, right.

In a year or so, the NCAA will come back and say that Notre Dame has been exceptional in improving their oversight and give all the wins back with no announcement. They aren't vacating any wins.

They got fined $5,000. That is hilarious.
