My insurance premium per year is 2.5k. Should I gamble and go just liability so its only$700 a year?

Only thing is the last time I gambled. I was in a 5k accident out of pocket thing.

I don't have any points on my record. It has always been dismissed of. This is the same rate they have been offering me since I was 18. I'm now 25. But, I guess its the car selection?
