I was just saying a felony keeps you out, I didn't say all DUIs are felonies. Now days when you are arrested for a DUI it is all on what you blow that ranks your offense. If you are barely over the legal limit it isn't going to be as bad as if you get pulled over and blow 2 or 3 times the limit.
