#9Eat red meat in moderation, you'll be fine.
Once a week, or three times a month, not a problem.
If you shovel three 24oz rare blood burgers in your month every week, yeah, your colon and what not are going to suffer big time, and the chances of you getting cancer sky rockets, like most anything else, moderaion is key. If you balance a medium nice hamburger once a week, with healthy food 5 times a week, you'll live a nice life.
I go healthy now five times a week, I treat myself once a week, on the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday I'll make a killer eggs breakfast, with breakfast meat, bacon or what not, corned beef hash maybe, and once a week, on the weekend, I'll go big with a steak, or if I go to sports bar, a nice sports bar burger or what not, but M-F I'm careful, cereal with fruit, salad etc. etc. even my doctor is OK with me going 'big' once a week, well, he would prefer I go big on the weekend with fish, but he's OK with my new dietComment -

#22One of the best books ever written is Eat to live. I have followed it for a couple of months now as years ago I ate the same way.
All raw veggies and Fruits + All the salad you want to eat. NOTHING ELSE. Watch your whole life change. Any meds you are on, will go south and anyone with diabetes Type 1 or 2. It will be gone in 3-4 months.Comment -

#24People don't seem to understand how correlation works. Here, have an example:
100% of people that drink water die. Can I say that drinking water causes death?Comment -

#25The key is to eat healthy home cooked non red meats, not the garbage from fast food outlets. Our ancestors were hunter gathers. The big increase in cancer is only in recent times because most people in western countries are lazy as shit. They have nobody to blame but themselves for their laziness and horrible eating habits.Comment -

Stats 101, learned it on the first day, correlation does not equal causation.
But few seem to grasp it.Comment -

#31Cancer causality is something I think we still have a ton to learn about. Watch how many twists and turns it takes in the year to come. The final answer will be, I think, far different than anything we are considering now.Comment -
