Example: alot of people don't know alot about weightlifting, so lets use basketball as an example.
If you knew very little about basketball, there is a great chance you wouldn't have a clue who john caliperi is.
But you would know who Michael Jordan is.
Now you have a son that wants to go to a basketball camp and learn how to become a better player. Who do you choose? If you didn't know better you would choose Jordan because he's arguably the greatest of all time and Caliperi sucked at basketball.
Wrong choice, the best choice would be Caliperi.
Just because your good at something doesnt mean you know what your doing or qualifty to tell others on how to properly do something.
This is why weightlifters in whole always were and always will be known as one of the dumbest groups of people off all time, even dumber than fitness pro blonds.
Arnold is the greatest bodybuilder of all time so why don't we just follow what he recommends??? Thats right, because very little of what he said works.
Think about it opie. A weight you can do ten reps with and for whatever reason you decided to do one rep, would you ever grow or gain strength? Of course not. Its the last rep thats the hardest and the rep that causes the body to gain muscle and strength. But only if that last rep is more weight or an extra rep from the previous workout.
The stimulus responsible for increasing size and strength always was and always will be the last rep of a set carried to failure. All the other reps pretty much do nothing.
Ask every pro bodybuilder than ever existed. They will tell you the same thing. If they started over they would of trained less with more quality. A weightlifting workout is not an endurance contest.
Hey if 4 sets of ten is good, then how is 3 sets not enough and 5 too much? Make sense.Comment -

Then you want us to ask bodybuilders? Seriously, they don't make 'em this dumb. Tubby warrior can't even understand how he contradicts himself constantly.
Ask any fitness professional and they'll tell you tubby warrior is an idiot, just from reading his SBR posts.Comment -

LOL at fitness professionals. You can become a certified trainer online in less than an hour. They just want your money and then boom, a year later you have to pay more money, lol.
Who certifies the certifier and who certifies them? The answer is noone.

#103don't have one. I don't need any money with all the money being left to me someday.
I have about 2k in fantasy money on one site, I might have just 50 on another and so on.
I have 1k at bovada. 100 at bookmaker or around.
I gamble for fun and for fun only and only try to help others win.
I don't really keep track and don't really care. Money means nothing. You don't really need it. It's overratedComment -

#104have you started the tennis lessons yet? how many kids are you coaching?
Hello my name is David Robinson, a local tennis player in Western Kentucky. I am trying to raise money to help teach tennis to local kids how to play tennis and to raise money for the equipment needed. Tennis is not a cheap sport and many kids don't have the equipment and many parents can't afford for their kids to play or get lessons. I will be giving lessons for free but will need help in raising money for rackets, balls and other equipment. My goal is to get players that can't afford to play in the African American community and any other child that wants to play. Tennis is a great fun sport that builds friendships, competition and is great exercise and builds character. Tennis will help pre-teens and teens increase their self-confidence and generally feel better about themselves. Also, tennis can enhance their cognitive abilities, thus helping this group improve their grades.
Tennis not only provides children with much-needed exercise, but also has been shown to help psychological skill development, improve bone growth and general fitness. (These benefits are very important to stemming the problem of childhood obesity). Physical activity also strengthens theimmune system of every child who plays the game.
Your donation would greatly be appreciated and any money not used would be donated to a local tennisscholarship.Comment -

#105Such a profound perspective that should be valued here
TT any lady interests? Before I got engaged I bounced around online dating a little bit and mostly met nice girls, very mixed bag but it will keep you busy. Have you thought about exploring this option? I could see you meeting someone in a similar place in life doing this and quickly falling in love. You could be SBR's next BobbyFK.Comment
