Neighborhood Question

I got an e-mail today that said my trash can on the side of my house needs to be moved. There is a house on the other side of the neighborhood facing a main road that has a confederate flag in multiple windows and DEER CROSSING sign in their front fukking yard. The management company said "that was a 1st amendment issue" and they couldn't take action. They sent me pictures they took of my trash can. There is a meeting end of October, I am on the fukking board. How should I bend these fukkers over the worst worst way possible? Put an Iranian flag on the trash can for free speech? Put a middle finger on the flag over the trash can? I don't care how my neighbors view me, as I am actually good friends with most of them.

Sorry some people have cars to park in a garage and not a shithole trash can.

they set the precedent with allowing the deer crossing sign(we are nowhere NEAR a deer crossing area) and the confederate flags facing the most traveled (out of neighborhood) road for our neighborhood, now i just get to eat them alive
