On 20 March 2014, the Kansas City Division FBI became aware of an individual named BOOKER aka Muhammad Abdullah Hassan who had publicly stated his intention to commit jihad,

Guess they couldn't perform the background check even after his statements....I mean that would be profiling right?

If Muhammad Abdullah Hassan yells out JIHAD! while spraying into a crowd....it'll just be a random act of violence, nothing to do with terrorism nor disagreement with Obama.......BUT...let Brad Booth or some aptly named white kid from Topeka fire off one shot at a group of black or arabic gentlemen and it will automatically be a hate crime and charges brought.
