*HEALTH ALERT* Subway Food Chain Uses Banned Deadly Chemical To Make Their Bread!
    *HEALTH ALERT! LEVEL 5 WARNING*

I have written about Subway several times – First in 2012, when I did an investigation into what exactly was in their famous low calorie and “fresh” sandwiches and then again last year when I did a deep dive into one of the most controversial ingredients used in their breads.

First people were complaining that the freaking buns were not exactly 12 inches long and now the buns are not healthy.

I've been eating that shit for 20 years and nothing ever bothered me.

"Stop being an alarmist. While I understand avoiding preservatives in food; I do, alarmism is not necessary. Azodicarbonimide comes in 2 forms: industrial and food-grade. It’s the industrial that’s used in the plastics industry and is banned only in the UK and Australia, not all over the world. Food grade is allowed up to 45ppm and is recognized as safe for human consumption. There are no side effects with the food grade variant at that concentration. Here is a link to a peer reviewed study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/16192074/
So no, the same stuff in yoga mats is not the preservative that’s found in bread. Again, Food Babe omits some facts and instead goes for the alarmist approach. Do your own research, people."

Don't know about that but the meat is nasty. Everything there is nasty and low quality except the veggies.

Yes, any ingredient being deliberately put into food that can kill you gets a level 5 warning.

Vitamin A can kill you in large enough doses.

You're looking at things in black and white when you shouldn't be.

You can't be that guy who flips out over the headlines. You have to read the story too.

I already gave you a link to a peer-reviewed study on Pubmed, stating that it's not dangerous in the levels used. Here it is again, for your convenience: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/16192074/

Flier seems to live in a world of absolutes, and once something gets into his head - it's stuck.

Critical thinking, which is needed at a very base level to understand that the food variant is not the same as the industrial one, is one of those things that will fukk with fliers.

From a comment on the site that philly alerted us to:

Never trust technical information from someone who calls themselves Food Babe.

Just like 75% of all chics......alarmists without due diligence. They just crave the wow factor.

Philly, you need to stick to the Bigfoot, Alien, and Demon threads.

You seem to get much much more respect for those ones.
